Pseudonym has been a friend of ours ever since he came to Amsterdam the first time. I remember a session with Kidigreen in a bedroom studio we had set up at the time – trap beats on dutch rap heat. Mental. We’re lucky enough to get him on a feature with a couple bangers.

You can check his complete folio here :

Do you remember how you got into music or when it first really hit you?

Music literally hit me straight away since probably before I can remember grew up in a very musical household and i think my first favourite artists were Michael Jackson and the prodigy

Is there one artist/piece/style that had a memorable impact on how you create?

So many influences have moulded the way I produce theres been a point where I have tried to emulate all of my favourite producers, if I had to pick one it would be Timbaland.

Is your set up / environment an important part of getting into the flow or do you find you can make and create anywhere?

My setup is at home i think i like the comfortability (wow thats really not a word) i don’t like to rush and i always need all of my sounds that I’ve collected for 15+ years

What does the best creative session involve for you? Any particular moods / settings / people / habits that help you get in the right mind set to create?

Tbh my perfect session is one that lasts from 10am to 10pm being meticulous and dotting all the I’s no Alcohol no weed just trying to make the cleanest mix and when i finish i can smoke and listen but not during. Sometimes its good to.bounce energy off another producer but I work better isolated and alone

Do you procrastinate? Any particular work – evasion habits?

Literally procrastinate all the time if I’m not feeling the beat or get distracted because frasier is on but once i zone in its hard to break out of it and ill end up going ten hours straight on one beat
